HTTPS everywhere breaks Tor Flash Proxy #357

The Tor Flash Proxy does not work over HTTPS. However, HTTPS Everywhere is rewriting crypto.stanford.edu to HTTPS.

The URL http://crypto.stanford.edu/flashproxy/embed.html should be excluded from rewriting to HTTPS. (Also if it has a query string.)
