This privacy notice for knockapp.io (doing business as knock), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share your information when you use our services.
When you visit, use, or navigate our app, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with the app. Personal information includes:
- First and Last Name

- Password for the app
- Job title
When you create a profile, you will be asked to enter your commission scale as well as your upfront pay. This data will not be disclosed or sold to a third party. Your financial data will be used for the following:
- Calculating more accurately your commissions and projected commissions
- Tracking goals and incentives
- Other app-specific calculations
We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our app, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with the law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason for doing so.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you create an account on the knock App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the app, or otherwise when you contact us.

- Email addresses

- Job titles
- Usernames
- Name of door-to-door company you work for
Sensitive information we collect may include the following:
- Financial data, such as commission scales, upfront pay and backend dates
Application data we may collect if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
- Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the app. If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with the law.
We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
- Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case will require those affilites to honor this privacy notice. Affiliates include joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
- Business Partners: We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotins.
- Other Users: When you share personal information or otherwise interact with public areas of the app (such as when you are part of a team), such personal information may be viewed by all users and thus may be made publicly available outside the app.
Your information is stored in Firebase, a Google service providing secure data collection. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our securityt and improperly collect, access, steal or modify your information.
