Visualize asserts on sequence diagrams

Sequence.assertState(...) checks should be visualized on PlantUML sequence diagrams.
If an assertion stands before or after a Sequence.send(...) call in the sequence diagram description, the name of the new state should appear respectively on the sender or target side of the message sending arrow.
