EOL JSON-LD includes a line like this:

"scientificName": "Pycnonotus hualon I. A. Woxvold, J. W. Duckworth & R. J. Timmins, 2009",

Given that the base vocabulary (@vocab) is http://schema.org this implies that there is a term http://schema.org/scientificName, which there isn't. Maybe "scientificName" is missing the prefix "dwc:" ?
