Change Description

Update .cicd/generate-pipeline.sh to use 2 separate Linux fleets for building EOSIO.

  • Build and unit test steps get more cores for parallel processes than NP and LRT steps.
  • Linux build steps should now be faster than Mac again.

Fixed issue where unit test steps where incorrectly using all host resources.

  • This could result in instances where Docker crashes due to multi-tenancy.
  • Unit steps steps on Linux may take longer to complete, but should not be slower than Mac.
