v0.1.0 Release

First release with mostly working basic utilities for creating and viewing map files. Also includes the utility pfs which is a command line analog to the existing s3dspy.

Note: the downloads exist here work for map_view but there is a crash bug in pfs/awater/azone in the version they were compiled for. Please use the v0.1.1 release unless you need an OpenGL 3.0 map_view.
