Identified that
HighsMipSolverData::checkLimitsis not called for a long time beforemipdata_->evaluateRootNode();. Specifically,mipdata_->runSetup();executes without a call toHighsMipSolverData::checkLimitsMIP profiling will expose this and lead to insertion of calls to
HighsMipSolverData::checkLimits
