Is it okay if only one of Foxx_swnet_vdr, Foxx_swnet_vdf, Foxx_swnet_idr, or Foxx_swnet_idf is sent? I would think you need to send all four, so this if statement should be

Description of changes
Critical bug fixes. First the aoflux should happen on the xgrid,
second the Mom ocn model uses sw bands and not swnet, change the
test in prep_ocn to work with MOM.
