We should tag versions of esgf-prepare, so that the ESGF installer can point to a tagged version rather than "latest", for sake of a repeatable environment.

I think this issue is solved. We have a specified esgprep version in esg-init used by pip install. Whats missing is for PrePARE - the installer doesn't specify a version and not clear if this is a problem.

now the installer does specify the PrePARE version as well.
