Missing data on DKRZ for recipe_check_obs.yml

As referenced in this comment on v2.11.0 testing issue this recipe has missing data on DKRZ:

recipe_check_obs.yml is missing observational data (OBS6 and ERA5).

@ESMValGroup/obs-maintainers Can anyone in this group resolve this issue?

I found the following missing observations when testing the recipe:

• AGCD: Tier 2 in DKRZ pool, Tier 3 in recipe
• AERONET: version is different in the DKRZ pool compared to the recipe (DKRZ version: 20240406)
• ERA5 rlus + rsus, 1hr: not available on DKRZ
• ERA5 rlus + rsus, mon: "Permission denied" on DKRZ
• JRA-25: years 2008-2013 not available on DKRZ, -> change end date in recipe

The previously missing ANUClim data should be now in the DKRZ data pool.
