migrating from django 3.2.x to django 4.1.x : AttributeError: 'Query' object has no attribute 'explain_query' #128

I'm not sure about the etiquette of mentioning other repos to solve an issue on github (please do let me know if this is not a good practice or so), but from my own experience I had to migrate from django-mssql-backend to mssql-django (https://github.com/microsoft/mssql-django) as it supports Django 3.0+. This repo is a fork from django-mssql-backend, so I didn't have to make much changes on it.
