Redirect Citrix App Layering logs to the Write Cache drive #281

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No except that the logs are lost at reboot on non-persistent machines

Describe the solution you'd like
Redirect the logs to the WriteCache drive and have a GPO to configure the folder name.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

You'll need a function to edit .config (xml) file
Something like that:

Do you know the encoding format of the .config file, is it's UTF-8 ?

@thewithscher: can you check the Citrix KB article obove, please zip the C:\Program Files\Unidesk\Layering Services\ULayer.exe.config file and upload it here. Do not rename it. I need the origin encoding format.
