Bug from vanilla. Funny symbol "ü" breaks loc keys
They have their own custom ones.
I see Army->Air->Navy often, but wtf is Navy->Air->Army.
Only if the original country enabled them tho.
Sorry Republic you are not getting +36% research speed on tanks.

These were apparently buffed in basegame along with designers, but i didn't notice them while applying this change to EaW. Now they give 15% too.
