Bug description
Greetings, basically the bug occurs when creating a new entity (on the new form from easyadmin), and you click "Save Changes" more than once, the entity is created many times.

To Reproduce
When creating an entity, click many times on Save Changes and then you will see many entities created.
EasyAdmin version 1.17
