Add Equipment can be used to equip an item to an hero that can't equip it

Describe the issue in detail and how to reproduce it:

If the Add Equipment command is called and ask to equip an item to an hero that should not be able to equip it, EasyRPG Player will equip it to said hero even if it should not be possible.
