Change name of liblcf into liblucifer #300

Because of this:

Congratulations for this milestone. 666 closed issues!
However, 666 is a special number. To honor this, the liblcf should be renamed to liblucifer.

Additional Reasons for renaming:

  • lcf is an acronym of Lucifer. All of that comes from "Dante" game creator series.
  • https://bit.ly/2EFHxWs <-- Symbolism like The Ninth Gate
  • Liblcf and XYZ are related with RPG Maker, EasyRPG must differentiate with liblucifer and UVW image format.
  • A logo looks way cooler: View this Comment
