Add screenshots and icons

If you sned them to me, I will upload them to the repo under a folder called assets or media (assets is taken).

Or you could just do it.

It should have all the icons and screenshots for the game and anything else that is uploaded to the app store. This is so you can have all the pictures on the app store in your keep safe (github).

In the folder, put other folders for each app store like "assets/android/" and "assets/amazon" etc. Then name the images the name of the asset like "feature-graphic" or "tv-banner" or "screenshot1" etc.
