What does this PR do?

Adding resources

For resources

Description

Adding a couple of books for JavaScript Developers

Why is this valuable (or not)?

They focus on the beginner's guide to JS as well as further advanced topics.

How do we know it's really free?

I have attached the Free Ebook Link

For book lists, is it a book? For course lists, is it a course? etc.

Books

Checklist:

  • Read our contributing guidelines
  • Search for duplicates.
  • Include author(s) and platform where appropriate.
  • Put lists in alphabetical order, correct spacing.
  • Add needed indications (PDF, access notes, under construction)

Follow-up

  • Check the status of GitHub Actions and resolve any reported warnings!

It's nice know download alternatives https://www.lcg.ufrj.br but author site is a better option the most of times. Why? It always host the latest versions.
