Actuellement nous utilisons uniquement console.error mais la lecture des logs n'est pas évidente.
Je propose d'utiliser https://github.com/pinojs/pino afin d'avoir des logs structurés (avec le timestamp) et éventuellement des informations de contexte comme l'identifiant de l'utilisateur qui a fait l'action.
