[OTHER] Migrate Radix-Svelte to MeltUI

Radix-Svelte isn't going to be actively developed anymore. There will just be bugfixes for it [1]. The successor of it seems to be Melt UI. Melt UI already supports our required components. So migrating should be possible.

This entire thing is currently not urgent!

Since it's not a high priority and I don't have much experience with Svelte, but I'd like to give it a try. Can I take a shot at this issue?

Sorry for late reply, Yes @Cahllagerfeld i know its not a good-first-issue but its a low priority one that's why i want to take it so that i can work on my own pace. Last weekend i try to learn svelte and i really blown away by its simplicity and elegance, i think i will start working on MeltUI from this weekend.I really appreciate if you assign the issue to me. Thanks
