To launch the following project locally, you must follow these instructions:

• Create a virtual environment once you have positioned yourself on the project directory, with the command:

    $ virtualenv .virtual
  

Install it, in case you report that you do not recognize the command : pip install virtualenv

• After creating the virtual environment, launch it with the command:

    $ source .virtual/bin/activate
  

• Once activated, install the dependencies of the requirement:

    $ pip install -r requirements.txt
  

• Now you can run the project with the command:

    $ python manage.py runserver
