如果后端掉线了是否依然将流量转发过去？能否对后端加上一个标记、或者检测？

我尝试了 负载均衡 隧道出口为2个awshk。
当第一个awshk 关闭ehco 之后。隧道会 时断是续 很不稳定。
希望可以优化一下，我本意上是想当做故障切换来使用的，就结果来看 还不是很行

目前的负载只是简单的轮询，如果下游有一台节点离线了，负载依旧会打过去

这里的确可以优化一下

@Orinda0094 最新版本加入了掉线检测，掉线之后会 block 一段时间，可以试试
