for start work with this install requirements by pip install -r requirements
or you can use it pip install pyttsx3

then run speech_program.py and enjoy it :)

we have 3 commands you can use these.

voice_gender() : it can change gender of voice.
voice_rate() : it can change rate of vioce.
end() : it finish the progrm.
