The website generation does not happen when a build fails. Because of this the badge points to the last CI run for which the website could be generated.

Eg right now building fails in https://github.com/EinsteinToolkit/tests/actions/runs/4502539206 which is CI run 928

but the last run shown on https://einsteintoolkit.github.com/tests is 615 and the badge links to that one:
