SmartCopyPaste 3.1 Beta

Support multi-paste with smart functionality (plays and resume, adds to playlist, appends subtitles, ignores file that do not exist or that are not supported)
Added more error checks for pasting
Unsupported due to configuration check fixed
Corrected some msg.info that wont show if osd_messages is closed
