el-table使用了fixed的列并且自定义表头用了el-popover，el-popover会显示两次，看了源码是复用了table-header组件可以理解，但是显示会错位。能否暴露一下table-header中的fixed属性给slot-scope以便判断显示逻辑

在有fixed列的table中，使用了含有popover的自定义头，展示popover时会展示两个，并且会错位，所以想使用fixed属性来判断是否渲染popover
