v1.0.1 - Bugfix release

This is purely a bugfix release as only fixes are permitted during the jam rating period
Fixes:

• Timer now functions after you won the game once
• Crosshair is now perfectly centered
• Upgrades now properly reset after starting a new game
• HP upgrade is now being applied correctly
• Firing Speed upgrade is now being applied correctly
