Stand-alone executable program for Windows
From the Baseliner4_exe folder in github, select the "Download ZIP" button and you can download the installer program and instructions for using Baseliner 4. Running the MyAppInstaller_web.exe will guide you through the installation process. You may need to dowload a runtime installer package, but the installer will provide directions on how to do this.
Sample data have also been provided to test out the program.
