/hl_remove
- remove user's highlight data
/hl_remove <user_id>
- only admin can do this
- remove user_id's highlight data
/hl_reset <admin_id>
- Reset all data in this channel
- only admin can do this
- sign admin_id for not accidently deleting data
/hl_list
- list currently hightlight
/turnip buy <BUY price> sell <SELL LIST>
- add / replace turnip
- example: /turnip buy 106 sell 96,93
/turnip_remove
