Vuba v0.2.5 release notes

This release adds functionality for drawing ellipses, creating ellipse masks and adds functions to easily fit shapes to contours. There is also some minor re-factoring changes and improved docstrings for the ops module. Lastly, this release reverts 0.2.4 since adding support for 16 bit images broke much of the functionality of the library and will need more work on integrating properly.
