Launch of the first version of the image to data converter.

No installation required for windows systems. For linux and mac it is required to install mono (https://www.monodevelop.com/download/). Unzip the PlotToData_exe.zip or PlotToData_exe.rar file and click on PlotToData.exe to open the program.
