Add Login Page

Create a login page like the actual site of empleaDO with different providers.
The API will validate if the user have a role like Administrator or employer.

For doing this task we must address this tasks

• CSS Framework (yes or no). If we gonna use one, decide what will be
• SCSS arquitecture
• Decide which react component framework. I.E, if we use Bootstrap as our CSS framework, we can use Reactstrap as our React Components library or React Bootstrap.
