Update emuelec-bluetooth - v2.1 revision.

Testing procedure:
Login to SSH.
Copy/Paste these commands:

cd /emuelec/scripts
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/EmuELEC/EmuELEC/932ae8b0421d1a90299e4be9aeaa94ea32dabe11/packages/sx05re/emuelec/bin/batocera/emuelec-bluetooth
chmod +x /emuelec/scripts/emuelec-bluetooth

If it is not connecting your bluetooth input gamepads:

nano /emuelec/scripts/emuelec-bluetooth

change near the top:

DEBUG = False

change to:

DEBUG = True

run the script and try connecting and paste the output here:
