Seems PKG_VERSION was not modified and only PKG_SHA256 was removed, was it really "bumped"? |

xow package include and bump.
xow - Is used to support Xbox one wireless adapters.
compiles fine but not tested in build yet.
Hopefully resolves Issue:
#1124
