Python 2 is EOLed at the beginning of next year but the Tuleap build process still use it. The build is now tested against Python 3.6 (version available on Ubuntu 18.04 which is used to the RPM package) and Python 3.7 (current version of Python). Part of request #13898: Build documentation with Python 3
