The action needs an args option to allow for custom arguments to be used in the find command that selects the files.
That would fix #17

There seem to be issued with adding arguments to the find command (or at least I'm not able to figure out why).
For the time being, I'll keep this stuff in a different branch, in order to move on with the other stuff.
Maybe I'll end up removing the find command entirely in favor of git add commands. There could be a new option to remove files from the staged ones, and that would still resolve the issue brought up by #17
