v8: Olvyn's Spell Tool and Maybe More Vegetables

-Added Project Infinity metadata.

-Applied OlvynChuru's Class Spell Tool to the Summon Cow spell, a level 5 arcane Conjuration. Most users won't of this spell won't experience any changes, but Olvyn's Class Spell Tool provides greater compatibility with some other Enhanced Edition mods such as subtledoctor's 5e Spellcasting. Only Bards and Mages can learn it and cast it from their repertoires - just like in previous versions.
