This is not an appropriate fix. There is an underlying problem in one of the mods of E8 that adds back the forge:storage_blocks/copper tag to Cut Copper. In the past, Forge added that tag accidentally and removed it shortly after as it was not intended. You have a mod that adds this back and that should be reported to the mod author.

As a temporary solution, you should not add the tag to the ignore list of AU. Instead, you should remove the cut copper from the tag.

Known mods with this issue:

If you want to take a look if another mod in your pack adds that tag, you can open your mods folder with all the JARs in something like WinRar and use its search function to search for minecraft:cut_copper and see if it's found in a json file.
