Handles the Flood Box
Asks participant for their ideas on things they need when a flood happens.
Asks them to scan items that will be of use from crate into Flood Box.
Finally prints a report for user to take home as a reminder.
Can work on Windows, Mac or Linux (e.g. Pi):
- change screen size as required
- change input/output ports to match host
