Describe the task here and link or add dependencies to any applicable issues...

The Review page should show the correct submit email address automatically based on the APD Type.

Test Cases:

Given When Then
Review Page User clicks Submit Mail application should open up
A HITECH APD On the Review page Should show the email: MedicaidHITECH@cms.hhs.gov
An MMIS APD On the Review page Should show the email: MedicaidMMIS@cms.hhs.gov

Note: Not all state staff can submit an APD, revisit this functionality and discuss with design.

This task is done when...

  • acceptance criteria are met
  • Review page shows correct email for HITECH APDs
  • Review page shows correct email for MMIS APDs
