This release comes with the following changes:
- Support for PostgreSQL 16 and EDB Postgres Advanced Server 16.
- Added a few more default entries in mysql_fdw_pushdown.config file.
- Fixes incorrect quoting in generating EXPLAIN query.
- Remove support for v10.
