fix: bunch of bug fixes

✔️ disable vanish and clickthrough if settings page is open
✔️ update quit on close button description
✔️ check default channel not applying

The default channel is fixed now, I actually broke it everywhere but didn't notice it
It also had something to do with the store not getting correctly reset initially, this is also fixed now by deleting the config file once
Vanish and clickthrough are now removed as long as the settings window is open
