Replace Xurah in the bat file with your username and then make sure you run steam with SDK Base
link to sourcemod files www.srhclan.com/Impending.rar this contains the DLLs as well.
2 folders, source for source files, and game... EDIT GAME NOT SOURCE source is a backup.
