Feature Request: Global / Universal Image Frame Overlay

Okay, hear me out. This is probably above and beyond, but I want to throw it out there. Would it be possible to add a feature that allows you to add Themed frames to overlay the images when they pop up? So any image that pops up when a token is hovered over shows up inside the chosen frame? See the mock-up below for an example. Again, I realize this is probably a big ask, but I have to throw it out there because it could be fantastic. Obviously, no expectations, and super grateful for this module already, so thank you for all the work.
