This the repository of our study, A Transfer Learning Method For Covid-19 And Pneumonia Diagnosis Based On Chest Radiograph Classification.

The first author, also the corresponding author is Yuxuan Sun.

The repo consists of two directories:

1. Experiment Report

   This part includes the .ipynb files containing our full history of experiments mentioned (and not mentioned) in the paper.

2. Final Released (unfinished yet)

   This directory will contain our fine-formatted scripts and the Jupyter notebook recording the most important procedures of the study.

3. Best Models

   Fine-tuned weights of our best models are located in this directory.
