A hotkey to toggle unkeyed bone visibility is an option. In the future deally this would be solved using skeleton attachments.

Now that we have a tree filter, this could be a tree filter option.
We still don't have this exact filter yet, but note that the skin bones and constraints feature in 3.8 can solve this by hiding inactive bones.
