[Nav / Menu] Tracking Epic for future enhancements

Description

Using this as a tracking issue for "first follow" or future enhancements to Nav not in the initial component / MVP scope.

Acceptance Criteria

Immediate need for follow up enhancement:

• [Menu] Add auto-overflow functionality  #7077 Add auto-overflow functionality where overflowing Menu items are appended to a "More" or "..." menu - may need translation for this string. This should occur when the Menu container "runs out of room" next to adjacent elements.
• New Component - Sheet #6391 Add Sheet component
• calcite-navigation-logo: allow slot/property for icon instead of image #7124 Add Property for icon + Add slot for thumbnail
• [Navigation Logo] Refactor component to conditionally render anchor or div #7078 Refactor navigation-logo to behave more like Button - rendering a button element when no href is provided an an anchor when one is. This will allow it to be focusable and emit onclick event on space / enter when no href is provided.
• Add menu-item editable property and resultant display / interaction state including controls and events. Delay until after input component refactor (? - we may not need to use an input visual). Will need translated string/s. - [Menu Item] Add editable property and UI affordance #9041
• Add menu-item-group component or functionality to provide grouping (and optional displayable title similar to Dropdown, Combobox, etc.) - [Menu / Menu Item] Add Menu Item Group component #9042
