Potential Enhancements from tool review

• Check to see if tools will work in ArcGIS Pro

• Add the ability to import Special Locations, Resources, Routes, and Incidents from CAMEO Tools as well. Right now it only handles facilities.
  Routes records don't contain enough XY information to generate a line, but the tools will import the routes as a table.

• Look at symbology used in CAMEO's MARPLOT tool and use that for inspiration for default symbology outputs for this tool.
  We're not doing default symbology.

• If ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro are open, add the points to the map with symbology

• Check to see if tools can import the CAMEO suites other export format: T2S (Tier 2 Submit Software)
  The workflow would be to Import a T2S file into CameoFM, and then export the data from CameoFM into its standard ZIP format. CameoFM itslef does not have a T2S export format.

• Remove the parent child relationship editing inside the script
  The script now contains every possible relationship that can come out of a CAMEO database. If it doesn't find the relationship available in the input ZIP file, the relationship is not created.
