I'm working on this now, and should have it released later today. In the meantime, you can always explicitly use the latest version of the ArcGIS API by passing the version as an option.

This has been released as emebr-esri-loader 3.0.0, so just follow the updated installation instructions to get the latest vesions of this and esri-loader and you should be good to go.
