Describe your changes:

1. Adds Transaction Actions:

• ETH Transfers
• ERC20 Transfers
• NFT Transfers

2. Adds close-on-back = false to the app notification. without it user was prevented to change navigation when snackbar is opened.
3. Updates Vuetify and vue router versions
4. Add ability to copy full hash when isShort prop is used in TransformHash component
